Synchronous electronic presence refers to the virtual presence of the trainee connected to the Internet on the virtual platform through a computer or mobile device, and confirming whether the trainee is present in real time. With the following electronic attendance policies :< /span>
- We pledge to undertake the technical supervision management at the center, the process of following up, supervising and monitoring the entry of trainees on the electronic platform.
- We undertake to automatically monitor and record the electronic attendance and absence of trainees in lectures via virtual classroom systems.< /span>
- We pledge to send electronic attendance reports periodically to the trainers. span>
- We pledge to inform the trainees of the following:
- Electronic attendance rates on the virtual platform.< /span>
- The student's failure to adhere to the minimum percentage of the "electronic attendance" system (not less than 20%) will lead to him being considered as not attending The entire training program and depriving him of the certificate
- The minimum number of concurrent attendance hours (not less than 20%).< /span>
